Hey everyone, I just got a 2018 Tacoma shortbed and want to tow my bike to the track. I plan on getting a trailer for 3 bikes in the future (to take my friends with me) but I have a track day coming up this Sunday that I want to attend. I was wondering can I have my tailgate down and put my cbr600rr on the back with the rear wheel on the tailgate? Would my tailgate get damaged? It will be a 330 miles round trip (~3 hours one way) with the first 30 minutes a really bumpy freeway. Im thinking of putting it sideways but i’m scared on how secure it will be. I don’t have the ramp right now so I cannot see how it would fit and I just got the truck today.
