I just brought home my first track bike (2nd Gen SV650) and the previous owner told me that the gas cap weeped (vortex keyless, not newest model) and just said that cover it up so it's not in direct heat and it's not a problem. However, in my garage in AZ summer, it still weeps. It's to the point that our garage and our house is smelling like gas.I did siphon out a bunch of the gas, but I wanted to leave some in it to make sure the seals(?) didn't dry out, but how do I fix this? One of the tubes under the tank has been plugged (which I assume is the breather tube), is there a reason for this on a track bike?Any suggestions? I don't want to be leaking gas out the tank on hot days when I'm on the track. via /r/Trackdays https://www.reddit.com/r/Trackdays/comments/8vu4yi/first_track_bike_leakyweeping_gas_cap/?utm_source=ifttt
