So I'm getting a nearly free bike this summer that needs a little work (nothing major). Are these relatively easy/cheap to convert into a cafe racer, or is there another style that works for them, OR should I not do work on it and wait for my next bike? I'm not sure about these, but I'm assuming they're relatively cheap and maybe it wouldn't be the best project for a beginner.
