Does anyone else cringe...

When the commentators are following a rider making red sectors and another rider posts a fastest lap. They then proclaim that it's gone away from the rider they're following in the third/forth sector when the split comes up even though in reality the goal posts have just been moved.Happens almost every week, I can't be alone?
