What's happening to the careers of this highly touted riders?

Share your insights.1.) Nicolo Bulega - CEV champion, labeled as next Rossi, had a good rookie year, still in Vale's highly supported team even if being outperformed by teammates. Now: might be the worst performing VR46 Academy rider, always finishing at the bottom end, 2 poor seasons already, his former rival Joan Mir is already in MotoGP rumours and Bulega's still in Moto3.2.) Fabio Quartararo - Multiple CEV champ, labeled next Marquez,age rule for Moto3 changed cuz of him, Super talented. Now: Midpack rider, only a few podiums in his career.Don't know, but I think Bulega might just be so overrated and Quartararo just needs a good team and bike. All his GP career he's on a different team each season and now he's running a Speed Up which is not the best of bikes.What do you think guys?
