Putting new tires on before Sportbike 101 at BHF Friday.

I'm wondering if I should put on new tires right before I go to a sportbike 101 class at BHF. I currently have some Pirelli Angel GT tires on my R1. I have Dunlop Q3+ that I would like to put on tonight when I get off work. I would be installing the rubbers, and mounting and balancing it myself tonight (I have never done this before so I'm not sure how long that will take), and I was wondering if I would be able to break them in by Friday.
