Where to get cafe racer forks?

I'm new to the cafe racer scene (coming from the world of dirtscooters) and I was wondering if there was like a builder or retailer for shortened cafe style forks, the bike is a '78 Cb550. Would I be able to just have any suspension rebuilder do it?
