The 2019 season prediction revisit

Hi all,

At the beginning of the 2019 season I posted this thread, where I gave my (now laughable) predictions for what was to come… I thought it might be fun to revisit!

So if you posted, let’s see how wrong – or right – we all were!

Below is what I said back then. I stand by Zarco, Martin and Arenas (And I’m not even counting Marc, because Marc)… but damn, the rest turned out rather differently!

Champ: Marquez

Rookie of the year: Pecco

Dark Horse: Tito

Biggest disappointment: Zarco

Moto2

Champ: Marini

Rookie of the year: Bezzechi

Dark Horse: Martin

Biggest disappointment: Binder

Moto3

Champ: Fenati

Rookie of the year: Can Onju

Dark Horse: Arenas

Biggest disappointment: Canet
