I decided I'm going to get into MotoGP regularly for 2020. I've seen headlines about it in general auto racing news publications over the years, and I know some of the big names that have come and gone like Casey Stoner, Nicky Hayden (RIP), Pedrosa,etc, but I have never actually watched a full MotoGP race before.
It would give me a much better perspective as a newcomer to equate MotoGP teams and/or riders to F1 teams/drivers since I'm very in tune with Formula 1.
I suppose Marquez is Lewis Hamilton and HRC is Mercedes? Beyond that I don't know how to place anybody else.
