As we can expect for the press conference, Lorenzo will retire. Who will be chosen as a replacement ?
-Crutchlow would be the most logical option, he's been with Honda for years, has proven it's quality and experience many time. But getting old it might be a risky investment to have him as a factory rider.
-Nakagami can be expected as well, since he's been with Honda too. He's a good and reliable in qualifications and can stand other during races. But he's actually recovering from surgery and it is risky too to have someone recovering on a factory bike.
-Zarco would be an amazing opportunity for him, he's proven his talent many times and even if he had bad times at KTM, he demonstrated great quality during his 2 races at LCR, but this is the most risky choice since he is has not been on a Honda for long and had a really bad time with KTM.
Obviously Honda will choose to have a great Marquez compatible rider and he have his word to add to the final decision.
What is your opinion about the future at Honda ? And keep in mind he might not even be retiring, maybe he's just going to announce something without link, who knows.
