I ended up buying membership for the off season again this year (I quite like watching the documentaries on VideoPass), but to try and avoid the repeat of last year's faff involving billing, I attempted to immediately disable auto-renew.
Guess what? Mysteriously, the option to disable auto-renew conveniently returns an error. It makes me so frustrated that Dorna makes it as inconvenient to unsubscribe from any of their services in an attempt to suck more money for you. It's funny how they take 28 days to respond to an email when you ask for a refund, but cancel your VideoPass within the same day when they realise you've issued a chargeback via your credit card.
Rant over.
