In your opinion, what will a rider need to bring to beat Marquez to the championship?

I'm quite new to MotoGP. Having this as my second season, it feels as though Marquez doesn't have many, if any, weak spots. Earlier in the season he crashed more often, but that seems to have become far less common after the first few rounds. We've seen some last turn passes on Marc recently, but with his newest strategy of following the lead rider until the very last moment he has beaten that as well. What does a manufacturer need to bring to beat Marc and his machine? What will a rider need to be able to capitalize on?
