I dont like to complain about stuff like this (or asking for refunds at all), but I'm wondering if I'm the only one having this issues with the videopass;
A few weeks ago I decided to get the (discount) video pass for WorldSBK. After I created a password and subscribed I noticed that the site was not secure (that's a real issue when providing passwords) so I wasn't to happy about that.
I changed all my passwords just to be sure.
After getting access to the videos I was really disappointed how the stuff works (it's really not what you expect in 2019). So I decided to contact WorldSBK and ask for a refund because it's really not what I expected and I don't want to risk logging in to sites which aren't secure (on some pages at least).
I never received a reply; What are my chances of getting a refund?
