Recently started to watch MotoGP properly and take a deeper interest and I can't get enough of this series so which classic races should I go back and watch.

Hi everyone, I've recently started watching MotoGP properly this year and honestly can't get enough of this series so I'd really like to go back and watch some of the old races to help learn about the history of MotoGP. I primarily want to see premier class stuff but I'm taking things a step a time and I'll slowly get into the lower classes in time, if you can suggest a lower class race though which is absolutely incredible then it would still be appreciated.

Also I kinda need some help on where to find the races in full to watch. I know YouTube has a few races which MotoGP themselves uploaded which is absolutely incredible and more racing series should follow suit. Of course can I also get no spoilers as well.
