Is Quartararo’s bike still down on rpm?

We all know that he is on a spec B 2019 Yamaha with a reduced engine supply that resulted in his engines rpm being reduced. Is the reduced rpm still a thing? I thought I saw a tweet saying differently but I cannot find it again.
