Tires

Hey guys, me again looking for tire advice.I've been researching tires for my 1981 KZ750 and have been turned away from Shinkos because of quality. I've found the Avon am26 road riders (with great reviews) and also the Bridgestone s11 spitfires.As I'm sure that these are both great tires, I (even though looks should matter less than function) worry that these tires won't match my cafe build.​What are other good tires with classic tread patterns?
