I want to completely remove the huge ugly cluster and just wire an led for neutral. Will removing the instrument cluster affect any other functionality besides not seeing the rpm and mph? As in, it should start and run as normal, correct?Also, the inputs for speedo and tach are mechanical, so when I disconnect them, there’s kind of a hole exposed on the case, and near the front brake.
