Zip-tying a seat to the frame - sound or stupid?

Last night I mock-mounted a new seat to my bike by zip-tying it to the frame in four points. (https://imgur.com/a/YbOxoP9) I went for a short test ride and to my surprise, it held on quite steadily.Now, if I chose to leave it like this instead of making up some sort of metal brackets in the right spot to mount the seat to the original holes, will that be unsafe in your opinion?
