Honda CB750 1987 .

Can I turn this into a cafe racer with someone’s untitled complete project bike 1974. Has awesome levers, clip on’s, forks, gas tank and cafe seat.Someone told me today these bikes past 1974 are too hard to convert to a cafe racer, I’m better off buying the custom cafe kit and finding a 1974 or under bike. Is this at all true ?? This will set my project back big time.
