Nicky Hayden Ceremony at COTA Location?

According to https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/motogp/771542/MotoGP-Austin-Nicky-Hayden-tributes-Circuit-of-the-Americas/amp

"On Friday at 12pm, FIM President Jorge Viegas and Dorna CEO Carmelo Ezpeleta will oversee a ceremony attended by Hayden's family. The Kentucky Kid's iconic number 69 will then officially be retired from MotoGP. Later on Friday will see the MotoGP paddock - and Hayden’s family - congregate at turn 18 where Hayden’s 2006 Championship-winning Honda will be displayed."

Does anyone know if this information is correct? And where should we go to see the ceremony? Turn 18 maybe? Any replies are greatly appreciated
