Lurking a 1975 Cb500t on Craigslist but it’s got a couple of defects... is it worth the asking price of $1800

The defects are as follows: -Needing a new clutch: bike does not accelerate above 70mphneeding a new valve stem seal on the right cylinder (oil leaks into cylinder)-needing a button for the starter solenoid (currently only kickstart)Other than that the seat has already been converted into a bench seat which helps me out because I don’t have a welder. The electrical components are also rerouted giving it the café appearance. What do you guys think ?
