I come from the Formula 1 scene and have always just looked at MotoGP casually. I created a topic a few days ago asking for an explanation to Lorenzo's first couple of races with Honda yielding bad results, and some answers included very interesting things that made me go and try to read and learn more about the sport.
One thing that was said on and on was how adaptation to different bikes/teams may be hard and take years, and maybe not every time end being good for the raider even he jumps to the best team (as supposedly Lorenzo has done).
So my question is, if there is any place/web/guide that explains a little how each driver profiles and rides (if they are both at one or other thing like getting to top speeds, taking hard turns, whatever), and also what each team/bike is good or bad at). In the F1 you have drivers that excel on the rain, that are aggressive overtaking, that are conservative on the wheels so they expand their lifetime... and also cars that are great in aero/turns and also others that are mostly about top speeds. Is there anywhere where I can read and learn about those aspects for teams and riders in MotoGP? Nothing overly detailed or complicated. Some sort of profile would be great, but I don't need or are looking for any nitty-gritty detail as I don't like all that super mechanic side of things in any motorsport I watch.
