Help! 1981 Suzuki GS450L won't start!

This is my first bike and honestly I may have gotten a little in over my head. I bought it last weekend for $300 bucks knowing it wasn't running. I assumed it was just the carbs and old gas and that's what the previous owner thought too as he rode it last season. Once I got the bike home and started tearing into it I discovered a nice squirrel nest and about 30 acorns in the airbox. Airbox has been removed and pod filters have been fitted, carbs have been fully disassembled and cleaned but they were relatively clean before that so I don't thing the squirrel made it that far, tank was drained and fresh gas was put in and I performed an oil change. At this point I'm lost as all heck about what to do and how to get this thing running before I actually start building it and investing money into it. I even tried using started fluid and a jump box along with the battery and still nothing. Engine is turning over and the starter seems strong when it has enough voltage going to it.If anyone has any recommendations it would be greatly appreciated. I did check the spark plugs and something seems off with those so they'll be replaced tomorrow morning. Praying that fixes it but I'd doubt it. via /r/CafeRacers https://www.reddit.com/r/CafeRacers/comments/be3pa4/help_1981_suzuki_gs450l_wont_start/?utm_source=ifttt
