First build, need help.

I am planning to build a cafe racer out of a 1985 BMW R80RT. Parts for it don’t seem overly easy to find which isn’t a huge deal because I don’t plan to do anything super drastic. But I’m looking for basic bits of advice. I want something rather simple, not as incredible as the masterpieces on here.Popular places to get bars, mirrors, exhausts and things of that nature?Seat, does this require fabricating to be done?
