Best way to get to COTA when staying in Austin

Hello, heading to Austin for MotoGP this year and was wondering what's the best way to affordably get to the track? Was originally thinking of doing Uber but I would imagine surge pricing would be crazy. Rent a car? Scooter? Do they have a shuttle bus?
