A question about the RC213V exhaust

I was rewatching some of the Valencia test this weekend and noticed that the exhaust on the Repsol Hondas are branded SC but Nakagami's bike is branded Arrow. I've always been under the impression that HRC designs and builds their own exhausts, but over the years they've had various different manufacturers names somewhere on them. Can anyone tell me what the deal with this is? Is it just a sponsorship thing? No amount of googling has led me to a satisfactory answer (or maybe I'm just really bad at Google!).
