Should I buy this bike?

Hi! First bike here. I am 6'4 and looking for a cafe racer style bike. I am aware that you do not want to buy an older bike since there will be more issues etc.. But I came across an amazing looking bike. Honda CB 1974 $3,000.00. I live in Chicago and its rare to find anyone selling this type of bike. Description below - "This is a 1974 CB350 custom build. Hidden electronics, electronic ignition, new cables, rewired, motor was rebuilt by me a year a ago, new tires, new throttle body, carbs were just cleaned and Rejetted, rad air pods, custom scrambler exhaust wrapped, new coils, new seat, ricks regulator rectifier, new chain shocks rebuilt, etc. the bike is plasti dipped.
