Pure Gas or Empty?

Just bought this 73CB500K2 with a 75CB550 Engine Swap. It needs some love. The PO was running 10% Ethanol gas in it but he was riding the shit out of it for years. It's now going to sit for a while as I rebuild the front end and fix/paint a few things.My Question:Should I drain the 10%E out of the tank and carbs and let the bike sit empty?Or should I drain the bike and fill it with pure gas, run the pure gas a while, then let the bike sit full of pure gas with a bit of stabilizer in it?What would be better for the carbs/tank?I thought I read that gas evaporating in the carb bowls would leave behind the gunk? via /r/CafeRacers https://www.reddit.com/r/CafeRacers/comments/amqlky/pure_gas_or_empty/?utm_source=ifttt
