I've got a '79 Yamaha XS750, that I'm slowly working on. It takes a lot to get it started when cold, turns over for quite some time, then sputters, and eventually it will start. Kicking it over would be exhausting. However once hot, it will start on the first kick without issue. It will also hang when given any throttle, it revs up quickly, but then very slowly falls back down. Are these symptoms of dirty carbs, and/or clogged jets? Should I get the rebuild kits? Thanks for your help, I'm new to carbs, and bikes. via /r/CafeRacers https://www.reddit.com/r/CafeRacers/comments/aq2q7q/do_i_need_a_carb_rebuildcleaning/?utm_source=ifttt
