I'm having issues with my soon to be ct200 cafe racer

I bought a honda ct200 from my local tip for $20, I've been able to start and ride it but when I go to ride it again I have to mess around with everything to get it running, fuel, carb and spark are fine I've run out of ideas of what it could be.
