Reduce vibration

Any tips to reduce engine vibration? Or any sort of dampers for the seats because my ass gets numb after a moderate distance ride due to the vibration of my bike. I already changed my chain and sprocket to a new set. The bars and footpegs feel fine to me. It's just the seat that's an issue. Obvious idea would be to change the whole seat, but what material should it be made out of to dampen the vibrations?
