COTA 2019 paddock pass?

Has anyone bought one before? Is it worth it? What about general admission vs reserved seating? Which is better? Best seats for viewing the race?
I've never been to COTA. Me and a buddy are going this year since this is the only race left in the states since they stopped Indy and Laguna seca. Thanks in advance.
