1975 Honda CB360 vs. Triumph Thruxton

I’ve been drooling over these 2 bikes for 10 years, and am at a fork in the road for some advice of those who have owned theses bikes or similar. My last two bikes were a Ninja 250 and a Honda Grom (I know, I know), and am ready to get a bike I feel truly at home on.My ideal bike is an old beat up cafe racer build. The problem is that I don’t know a lot about fixing bikes, and I’d rather be on the road than in the garage. Call me shallow but I just like rough looking old bikes that sound good. I’ve found a rebuilt 1975 Honda for $2500 that’s in great shape, but nervous I’ll be spending twice that in maintenance and towing fees over the next few years. I’m cool with doing light work, but the the thought of rebuilding carbs etc is a turn off.I’m also obsessed with the Triumph Thruxton. I love the idea of owning a reliable bike I can commute on without worry. The only problem is the cheapest I can find is usually $7k minimum and I’m not excited about taking out a loan.Just looking for some input from those who have more experience than me with cafe racers. Thanks y’all. via /r/CafeRacers https://www.reddit.com/r/CafeRacers/comments/a8w15o/1975_honda_cb360_vs_triumph_thruxton/?utm_source=ifttt
