Hi folks,
I recently pulled the trigger on an Eurosport yearly subscription, as per some advice from some of redditors from this sub, to watch ofc MotoGP races.
It came in handy because I missed seeing the last race live and said for 25Euros why not! Biggest mistake ever.
I was shocked about the quality of Eurosport on demand services. First thing first, the race was poorly edited, and it was commented in both English and Italian AT THE SAME TIME.
I was like WTF, it was like I was in between the comment both of British guys and Italian guys.
Then the Valencia GP is cut short with 4 laps before the finish!
I wanted to see if the last GP, Malaysia, is commented the same but to my surprise despite the thumbnail saying Malaysian Moto GP race, it was a completley different class. ATS or something like that, can't remember. At least the track was right.
Infuriated I emailed Eurosport support, after I already canceled my subscription, that this is not acceptable and I want a full refund for this junk service. Weirdly they replied in my native language, not in EN as I wrote them, basically claiming that I can't be offered a refund because I agreed to the Terms of Service and that they are sorry for the bilingual commentary, cheeky asking for help to investigate the issue and then, mind blowing, they offer the correct video link to see the end of the race which is an actual link to a ski jumping event.

LOL I was partly infuriated partly laughing about this crap.
Now I escalated this with Paypal and I hope they cover it. It's not about the 25 Euros, it's about principle. That service is complete crap so beware.
Too bad as I enjoy the local commentators from Eurosport live channels but now I'm back to the MotoGP subscription.
So yeah there's that! Beware!
