Questions of mounting electrical components.

Hey all! I just got a 1979 Yamaha XS 650. On it I have a Rectifier Regulator, a Capacitor, and a permanent magnet alternator. I’m trying to get some ideas on where and how to mount these items. I was thinking about welding a plate underneath the seat and mounting it to the bottom side. I have a few other ideas but I honestly don’t know what all I can do in regards to what makes the most sense.
