How old was Cal Crutchlow when he first started riding/racing?

I’m 13 and Cal Crutchlow is a really big inspiration to me. I’m going to start motorcycle racing soon and I want to get to MotoGP one day. But I was researching and I couldn’t find anything on how old Cal Crutchlow was when he first started riding/racing motorcycles. Does anyone know? Thanks
