Why did Casey not get similar sort of backlash for punching De Puniet?

Anyone remember this?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMUyw9N6RDY (sorry only vid I could find).It could easily have caused an accident too, from memory I think Casey got away with this with a reprimand or similar.
