Planning to go Assen TT 2019

Hello!Me, my girlfriend and 1-2 friends plan on going to Assen as our first ever MotoGP experience. I would like to know absolutely everything there is to know.Where to buy the tickets from and when do tickets usually come to sale (and how much have you guys paid)? Best (a few best) grandstands to sit at? For me seeing a monitor is quite important and is the track commentary only in dutch or english as well? How is the camping or is it worth to look for an hotel? We are staying in Holland for a week, so probably renting the car is the way for us. How is parking/traffic at the circut? As it is in Netherlands, how is the drug use? A friend of mine is definitely interested in weed, is it possible to bring it to the track?What more to look at? I want all of us to have an amazing experience, so want to be as prepeared as possible.Thank you all who takes their time to answer my questions!
