Need some Opinions.

I'm looking at getting a Cafe Racer Project going and I have found 2 candidates. Candidate #1 1980 Yamaha XS400 Special. Missing a seat (and God only knows what else, looks to all be there), no registration but the owner is the last registered owner so it would be easy to get $400.
