I’ve watched MotoGP for a while and this is really bothering me

Does M.Viñales and I.Viñales actually familiar with each other? I mean, like, they never hang out together and they didn’t post much about their family, but MotoGP kinda gives me an impression for strong nepotism. So I suggest that means they are not in any close relations right? And I just wondered whether they have ever trained together or helped each other out in the MotoGP field? Because relatives in the same field...there gonna be some connections right?
