How many people are there in the entire MotoGP entourage?

Can’t find an answer online and was just interested to know how many people tour with MotoGP in all capacities? Like teams, mechs, techs, riders, broadcast, hospitality, promo etc.Basically how many people are on the road for the season and please can I be one? Thanks
