Honda cb 350 -72 Is it worth it?

Hey guys!I was wondering if the honda cb 350 is good bike for first cafe racer project. I saw one already started project at sale, the price weren't bad but there was missing electronic wirings and maybe something more. How much these projects normally cost if the bike is working? And I want to know how does it feel to ride small cb? How does it accelerate and steer?
