Riders on their way out and testing/feeeback

Apologies for the vague title (typo*Feedback) but I had a thought earlier. Riders such as Zarco, Iannone etc are moving teams/manfucatues next season and my quesiton is do they still give as much relevant feedback to them during testing and race weekends to improve the bike knowing they won't be on it next year? My thoughts about it are you as a rider you should honor the contract and do your best to improve the bike.Also would the same be said for the teams who may hide some info, new parts etc from them?Cheers for your thoughts.
