Looking for seat advice for my 1979 CB750 project

I'm in the middle of my first Cafe project and have learned a lot since buying this bike. Specifically how it seems like '79 and later have a tricky seat situation and there don't seem to be a lot of options out there. I'd prefer to not cut/modify the frame at all but it seems like the popular route.
