Talk about careers direction

I think it is quite crucial, for a career, to arrive at his peak in the lower categories at the right time.It is incredible how we forgot talents.Danny kent beat fair and square oliviera, mir, binder and others and the guy is nowhere to be found.Oliviera is on its way to motoGP.Mir did just one good season in moto3 and the guy is in talks to get a seat at Honda!!!!!Even marc marquez was probably lucky to move up when casey retires. I guess Honda would provide him a factory anyway.I just think if you do a good season and there is no seat and then next season you regress a litte you are fucked.What do you guys think about ?Also, i don't see why Mir is linked to motogp bikes, first season in moto2, no wins yet, he is not even closed to vinales, rins seasons in moto2.
