Revs seem to be hanging.

So after my bike (1968 Honda CL350) gets warmed up, and I mean like after a ride, the revs start to hang. If I’m riding it when it’s a little cold then they don’t hang. And it wants to idle high then too. But when it’s a little cold the idle is normal. Any ideas? I’ve already adjusted the idle screws.
