Could we expect any American riders in the top class in the next five or even ten years?

I don't pay much attention to any other championships like WSBK and the AMA simply because I don't have an easy way to watch the races. Any up-and-comers who might poke their head into MotoGP/2? I know there's an American in Moto3 but his name escapes me.
